The insurance covers all doctor visits and hospital stays during your time in Valencia.

What happens if I have a problem with my homestay?

All families we work with have experience in housing foreign students and have passed a rigorous selection process. However, if there is a problem and you want to change your homestay, we will move you to a new family at no additional cost.

What is the process of transferring credits from my Spanish university to my home university?

FOEDEX handles the bureaucratic side of transferring your credits once your classes are complete. Within three months, the official transcript detailing your grades and class hours at your Valencian university will be sent to your home university.

Do I need to speak Spanish if I want to do an internship?

No. There are different types of internships available to fit your needs. Depending on your level of Spanish, we will find the internship that best adapts to your situation.

What happens if I have a problem with the company with whom I am doing my internship?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. FOEDEX will support and guide you throughout your internship. We will have weekly meetings to discuss your progress in order to help you in any way possible. If for any reason a problem does arise with the company and you want to change your internship, we guarantee that we will find an alternative option for you.
