The rental of our apartments includes the following services:

– Key delivery in hand at the entrance of the apartment.
– Individual rooms.
– Use of common spaces: living room, kitchen and bathroom.
– Internet, water, electricity and gas expenses included.
– Cleaning of common areas every two weeks.
– Maintenance and repair service for any problems not caused by misuse.
– 24/7 assistance for emergencies.
